Chris Calafiore

Chris Calafiore has over two decades of experience in the construction industry and has managed various project types throughout the United States. With an emphasis on completing projects under budget and ahead of schedule, Mr. Calafiore has provided leadership on the construction of both commercial and industrial facilities in 17 different states, consisting of multi-story office buildings, heavy industrial facilities, as well as warehouses with floor areas exceeding one million square feet.

Frank Flores

With over 15 years experience in the construction industry, Frank Flores has managed numerous projects through the complete planning and construction process including land acquisition, entitlement, design, budgeting, permitting, construction and closeout. Mr. Flores has a strong background in project estimating and cost control, including value-engineering to meet client budgetary requirements.

Rob Tamaccio

Rob Tamaccio has twenty years experience in the design and construction industries, and is well-versed in the design of various construction materials and building types (including high-seismic areas) for both public and private sector clients. Design expertise includes experience with various building codes and specifications, including code analysis and compliance during the facility planning stages. In addition, Mr. Tamaccio has served as the Designer of Record on numerous projects throughout the states he is licensed to practice in.
